Refund Policy
We do not offer automatic refunds. Refund considerations are limited to exceptional circumstances, including complete service failure, demonstrable breach of core deliverables, or verified technical impediments preventing service execution. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 business days of identifying the issue, with refund amounts limited to prorated service costs.
Cancellation Terms
Clients may cancel services with 30-day written notice. Prepaid periods remain non-refundable, and partial month or quarter services are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. Cancellation does not absolve existing payment obligations.

Liability and Intellectual Property
Our maximum financial liability is capped at the total service contract value. Clients retain ownership of original provided content, while Ocelli Digital maintains rights to developed strategic frameworks, implementation methodologies, and proprietary analysis techniques.

We ensure strict protection of client information, with non-disclosure provisions active during and after service engagement. Client results depend on active collaboration, timely information provision, and adherence to recommended strategies.
Dispute Resolution and Terms Modification
Any disputes are subject to arbitration in our primary business location, with costs shared equally. Ocelli Digital reserves the right to modify terms, with continued service usage implying acceptance of updated conditions.
